Kara Duval Weekend Residency

Kara Duval is someone who means so much to so many of us. Her online movement platform, Range, gets us moving each week at home in a way that's communal, sustainable, and rooted in nature. Moving with Kara invites us home to our brilliant bodies. We're honored to host her at Roll Ups in Portland, Oregon for a weekend residency, September 18–20.

The Root of Me — An intimate, grounded mat class followed by coffee, tea, and conversation.

Qigong & Sumi Ink — A movement and mobility class with qigong, led by Kara, followed by an open-air sumi ink print-making workshop with Landdd.
