Name:
Elizabeth  Sylvain
About:

Elizabeth is a contemporary and classically trained Pilates instructor whose dual foundation informs every class she teaches. Drawing on the integrity of the classical method while inhabiting the contemporary landscape. Movement has always been central to Elizabeth's life — first as a competitive freestyle mogul skier, and now as someone who thinks about the body as an instrument, built to carry us through the things we love most. Her Pilates practice is the through line: a way to build functional strength that translates beyond the studio, into sport, into life, into showing up fully in your body for whatever comes next. That's what she wants for her students too.

Name:
Ashley
About:

Ashley is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer with a lifelong love for movement. She grew up playing soccer and has been dedicated to her personal Pilates practice for over a decade. Pilates isn't just about strength, mobility, and core control (though yes, we'll get all of that!) — it's also a powerful tool for calming the mind and connecting to your breath. Ashley is a big believer in breath-led movement, especially when things get challenging — both on the mat, reformer, and in life. Her classes are here to give you that feel-good burn, a sense of calm and clarity, and just the right amount of fun to keep you coming back for more.
