Founded by Elizabeth Sylvain, Roll Ups® Pilates brings a fresh, fun approach to mindful movement. A former competitive freestyle mogul skier and accredited coach from Park City, Utah, Elizabeth discovered Pilates after moving to New York City and quickly saw the connection between precision, technique, and body awareness.
Trained through New York Pilates' 350-hour, internationally accredited contemporary program and holding an additional 250-hour classical certification under master instructor Jessica Schultz, she blends the best of both worlds to create challenging, empowering classes that help you move better and feel stronger.
